Torso under the knife!

Good evening! For those who have been following my Instagram page, you I have might noticed that I have been working on a torso. After looking at it for a while…I noticed that the torso was a bit too long for my liking, since I feared that the doll would end up too skinny.  Knowing this, I spontaneously cut the torso in two…and I felt liberated and empowered. More details will come with the new torso…so stay tuned my dear friends!

Bonsoir! Pour ceux et celles qui on suivi ma page Instagram, vous avez probablement remarqué que je travaille sur un torse. Après l’avoir regardé pendant un certain temps…j’ai remarqué que le torse était trop long a mon goût, puisque je j’avais peur que la poupée ne soit trop maigre. En connaissance de cela, j’ai spontanément coupé en deux le torse…et je me suis senti libérée et fortifiée. Plus de détails sur le nouveau torse sera publié d’ici peu…restez branché mes chers amis!

Thank you all so much for your interest in AMG DOLL, which has reached the 100 followers mark! This would not have been possible, if it wasn’t for your generous support which you have and been giving to AMG DOLL. I believe that as an independent artist, who wants to connect and share my passion, with not only with other talented artists, but also the world in general. It is important to bring something positive in our community. One thing for sure, I am currently working hard on a new doll project which is taking a lot of my free time and where many great posts will be gradually published. Je crois quand temps qu’artiste indépendant, qu’il faut se connecter et partager sa passion, avec non seulement d’autres artistes de talent, mais aussi, avec le monde en général. Il est important d’apporter quelque chose de positif dans notre communauté. Une chose est sûre, je travaille dur actuellement sur un nouveau projet de poupée, qui prend énormément de mon temps libre et d’où plusieurs publications seront progressivement publiées. Good morning to you all! Once the changes made, with the help of Photoshop, I redrew, copied and expanded my technical drawing, then laminated it. With this information, I believe that you might have an idea of my new adventure or, if I can best express myself, my evolution in the doll world…

Bon matin à vous tous! Une fois les changements ont été apporté, avec l’aide de Photoshop, j’ai pu redessiner, copié et agrandir mon dessin technique, puis, le faire plastifier. Avec ces informations, je crois que vous avez peut-être une petite idée sur ma nouvelle aventure ou si je peux mieux m’exprimer, mon évolution dans le monde de la poupée…

Changing my doll drawing…

Hello! Before I continue with my new BJD doll, here are the various changes on an old prototype. The first photo shows a simple drawing of a young woman who will be transformed. The first transformation will identify the parts that I count to change, since on the drawing, several details annoyed me… especially the hips and thighs. The symmetry was another issue and I intend to remedy the problem using graph paper. The other change I made was to expand the model: I wanted her to be slender! Eventually, everything will be reworked and perfected with Photoshop. To be continued…

Hello! Avant de continuer avec ma nouvelle poupée BJD, voici les différents changements apportés sur un ancien prototype. La première photo montre un simple dessin d’une jeune femme qui sera transformée. La première transformation était d’identifier les parties que je comptais changer, puisque sur ce dessin, plusieurs détails m’agaçaient…en particulier les hanches et les cuisses. La symétrie était un autre problème et je compte utiliser du papier quadrillé pour remédier le problème. L’autre transformation que j’ai apportée est l’agrandissement du mannequin : je la voulais élancer! Finalement tout sera retouché et perfectionné sur Photoshop.  A suivre…
