Good morning, everyone! These pictures show the animal fibers I recently bought, including mohair and silk—my favorite materials for making wigs thanks to their softness, sheen and versatility. Their fine texture suits my 1:6-scale dolls (12 1/2” / 31.75 cm), which are close in size to a Barbie doll. Although beautiful, human hair is too thick for this scale and makes the wigs look unnatural. Mohair and silk are finer and better proportioned to my dolls. I can’t wait to create beautiful new wigs with them!  #bjd #dolls #collectibles #art Hello doll lovers. I finished applying the second paint layer on Miss Georgia doll. This is the first edition of 5 dolls for Miss Georgia Doll debut. As I said in my previous post, Miss Georgia Doll Debut will be release in three versions as EXTRA FULL SET DELUXE. Do not worry, a doll category page, with more explanations, will be soon available on my website ( www.ateliermissgeorgia.com) , but also here on my Instagram page and Facebook. Miss Georgia doll will be soon available to you and yes, I'm announcing this news at the end of summer. The good news is that the production of the Miss Georgia dolls has been coming for a while. I know. I should have announced it earlier here on Instagram, but I needed to inspect the quality of this production. How to describe my excitement? In a word: I'm delighted. I'm happy with the ultra professional aspect of their appearance. Tourmaline is calm, joy, love, emotional healing and encourages you to become a living beacon of loving energies. Also, it stimulates the awakening of the true Self in the “higher heart”.
