Spring is upon us!
Hello my beautiful people! Spring is upon us and all of the madness from the past year, is close to an end. We need to hold on and stay the most positive has we can. Speaking of spring, which is my favorite season, I’m about to experience a busy one. In fact, I intend to focus on some serious projects that I will disclose in the months ahead. I ask you to be patient and stay connected. For now, the next posts on this blog will be devoted to proverbs and poems full of hope
Bonjour mes belles personnes! Le printemps est à nos portes et toute la folie de l’année écoulée est proche de sa fin. Nous devons tenir bon et rester le plus positif que nous le pouvions. En parlant du printemps, qui est ma saison ma saison préférée, je m’apprête à en vivre une chargée. En fait, je compte m’attarder sur quelques sérieux projets que je divulguerai dans les mois avenir. Je vous demande d’être patient et de rester connecter. Pour le moment, les prochains publications sur ce blog seront consacrés sur des proverbes et des poèmes pleins d’espoir et d’amour. Ready for the big photo shoot
Good morning! The three ladies are finished and they are ready for the big photo shoot. I’m going to give myself two days of photo shoot. Then, two more days for photo selections and video montages. Thank you all for your interest in my work and I’ll see you again in my next post. Take care.

Third Doll
Hello! This is the third doll I’ve been working on lately. The work was slow. It was out of the question for me to hurry things. As you can see from this photo, the wig’s work is almost complete. I’ve been hesitant with the hair color. I took my time. Finally, I opted for black rather than auburn or ash blonde colors.
Allô! Voici la troisième poupée que je travaillais dernièrement. Le travail fut lent. Il était hors question pour moi de me presser. Comme vous pouvez voir sur cette photo, l’élaboration de la perruque est presque terminée. J’ai longtemps hésité sur la couleur des cheveux. Finalement, j’ai opté pour le noir plutôt que pour les couleurs auburn ou blond cendré.
Two dolls and one more…
Good morning to all! It’s been almost a week since I published anything. I’m sorry about that. The reason is simple: I was finishing the outfits of three dolls at the same time. I worked in stages with several breaks. So, the work was long, laborious, but also enjoyable. I’m thinking of working on two more dolls, and then start the photo shoot. See you soon in my next post.
Bon matin à tous! Cela fait près d’une semaine que je n’ai rien publié. J’en suis Désolée. La raison est simple : je terminais les accoutrements de trois poupées en même temps. J’ai travaillé par étape avec plusieurs pauses. Donc, le travail a été long, laborieux, mais aussi agréable. Je songe travailler sur deux autres poupées, puis par la suite commencer la séance photo. À bientôt et on se voit à la prochaine publication.
My prototype doll overview
Good morning! I finally have an overview of my prototype doll. It’s fantastic, she can stand alone without the help of a stand and she poses well despite her restricted joints. I thought about painting her, but in the end, I think it would have been a bad idea. I prefer her blank because it will allow me to better analyze her from all angles and take notes. And as for the painting concern, well, I’ll catch up with my first flawed tests. Anyway, there’s no hurry now. I plan to rest and spend a happy quiet holiday season and read several novels. For now, I leave you and I say thank you for your interest in my work. Have a happy holiday time and be careful, my friends.
Bon matin! J’ai enfin une vue d’ensemble de ma poupée prototype. C’est fantastique, elle peut se tenir seule sans l’aide d’un trépied et elle pose assez bien malgré son articulation restreinte. J’ai pensé à la peinturer, mais à la fin je crois que se serait une mauvaise idée. Je la préfère ainsi parce qu’elle va me permettre de mieux l’analyser sur toutes les angles et prendre des notes. Et en ce qui concerne la peinture, et bien, je me rattraperai avec mes premiers tests défectueux. De toute façon rien ne presse à présent. Je compte me reposer et de passer un joyeux temps des fêtes tranquilles et de lire plusieurs romans. Pour le moment, je vous laisse et je vous dis merci pour votre intérêt que vous portez pour mon travail. Passez de joyeuses fêtes et soyez prudent mes amis.

Hi everyone! How are you doing? As for me, I feel wonderfull and it couldn’t be better! After a good week of work, I can finally show you my very first handmade BDJ doll. She’s made from polyhuretan resin. She’s far from being perfect, but for a first resin doll, I’m happy with the result. Some changes will be made in the near future, especially in the area of the joints (knees and elbows). I’m as happy to able to finish it before Christmas. Before I leave you, tell me what do you think of her?
Bonjour tout le monde! Comment allez vous? Quant à moi, je me porte à merveille et cela ne pourrait mieux aller! Après une bonne semaine de travail, je peux enfin vous montrer ma toute première poupée BDJ fait main. Elle réalisée dans de la résine de polyuréthane. Elle est loin d’être parfaite, mais pour une première poupée en résine, je suis heureuse du résultat. Quelques modifications seront apportées prochainement surtout en matière d’articulations ( genoux et coudes). Je suis aussi heureuse que j’ai pu la terminer avant Noel. Avant de vous quitter, dites moi comment la trouvez-vous?
The work continues…
The work continues with the conclusion of silicone molds. I have to wait at least four days before I unmould all of them. Each of these molds must be identified, and then baby powder must be applied. The powder allows silicone molds to be properly stored.
Le travail continu avec la conclusion des moules de silicone. Je dois patienter au moins quatre jours avant de tout démouler. Chacun des moules doit être identifié, puis de la poudre pour bébé doit être appliqué. La poudre permet de conserver adéquatement les moules de silicone.
Silicone molds is going well!
Good morning! How are you doing? As for me, it couldn’t get any better. The production of silicone molds is going well… and I would say, in a sense. Things would have been better if I had calculated my quantities better. Indeed, I managed to make only half the molds and I am now in need of a silicone barrel. So, another expense will be needed. The good news is that silicone hardens at a high speed and the air bubbles are not very noticeable. To the touch, the texture is also nice.
Bonjour! Comment allez-vous? Quant à moi, je ne pourrais aller mieux. La réalisation des moules de silicones se passe bien… et je dirais, dans un certain sens. Les choses auraient mieux été si j’avais mieux calculé mes quantités. En effet, j’ai réussi à effectuer que la moitié des moules et je suis maintenant en manque d’un baril de silicone. Donc, une autre dépense est à effectuer. La bonne nouvelle est que se silicone durcit à une grande vitesse et les bulles d’air sont peu apparents. Au touché, la texture est agréable aussi.
