The second prototype of Georgianna is ready to be sent to China from where twenty units will be produced in three shades: latte, maple and mocha. If I go by the latest production of Miss Georgia, this production should be completed by March 2026
Le second prototype de Georgianna est prête pour être envoyé en Chine d’où vingt unités seront produites dans trois teintes : latte, érable et moka. Si je me fie à la dernière production de Miss Georgia, cette production devrait s’achever d’ici le mois de mars 2026.
How Georgianna came to be? Very simple, her design was made at the same time as Miss Georgia. The technical drawings used for Miss Georgia were a crucial reference in bringing this doll to life. To sculpt Georgianna, I went through all my past doll creations and analyzed those that came close to the aesthetics I wanted. However, the one that made me the proudest is one of my dolls created in 2021. This handmade mixed-race doll made of resin was produced in two separate collections: Rustic Blossoms and Wild Blossoms.
Subsequently, several sketches were made inspired by several images of women on Shutterstock. Then, I redid all the technical drawings, traced the silhouette and added all the hinged joints. Over a period of three months, a prototype was made with Epoxy clays and polymer clays in the winter of 2022, from which engineering tests were carried out beforehand. Once satisfied and the corrections made to my original technical drawings, I called on the know-how and professionalism of an artist specialized in 3D modeling. The same artist behind Miss Georgia.
In short, after several months of hard work, the first 3D prototype of Georgianna M will see the light of day in the summer of 2024. This prototype was then sent into production in China during the month of June 2025. This journey full of challenges, frustrations, doubts, learning, patience, perseverance and excitement was beneficial. All this work is a reminder of why I embarked on this journey in the first place. My dream wasn’t just to create a doll; It was about embodying the fusion of art, fashion and imagination.
Comment Georgianna a vu le jour? Très simple, sa conception fut réalisée en même temps que Miss Georgia. Les dessins techniques utilisés pour Miss Georgia ont été une référence cruciale pour concrétiser cette poupée. Pour sculpter Georgianna, j’ai passé en revue toutes mes créations de poupées passées et analyser celles qui s’approchent de l’esthétisme que je souhaitais. Toutefois, celle qui m’avait rendu le plus fière, est une de mes poupées créées en 2021. Cette poupée métisse fait main et réalisée dans de la résine fut produite dans deux collections distinctes : Rustique Blossoms et Wild Blossoms.
Par la suite, plusieurs esquisses ont été réalisées en m’inspirant de plusieurs images de femmes sur Shutterstock. Puis, j’ai refait tous les dessins techniques, retracer la silhouette et ajouté toutes les jointures articulées. Sur une durée de trois mois, un prototype fut réalisé avec des argiles d’Apoxie et aussi de polymère à l’hiver 2022, d’où des tests d’ingénierie ont été effectué en amont. Une fois satisfaite et les corrections apportées sur mes dessins techniques originaux, j’ai fait appel au savoir-faire et au professionnalisme d’un artiste spécialisé dans le modelage 3D. Le même artiste derrière Miss Georgia.
Bref, après plusieurs mois de travail acharné, le premier prototype 3D de Georgianna M, vois le jour à l’été 2024. Ce prototype fut par la suite envoyé en production en Chine au cours du mois de juin 2025. Ce parcourt plein de défis, de frustrations, de doutes, d’apprentissage, de patience, de persévérance et d’excitation fut bénéfique. Tout ce travail est un rappel de la raison pour laquelle je me suis lancée dans ce voyage en premier lieu. Mon rêve n’était pas seulement de créer une poupée; il s’agissait d’incarner la fusion de l’art, de la mode et de l’imagination.
Hi all. I am back and ready to end this year 2025 with dignity. Although this year was difficult. I find it a bit anxiety-provoking. The global climate is not easy now and it’s hard for an artist like me. I must admit that sometimes I was discouraged. The desire to create did not arrive. I would start drawing, and then after a few minutes, I would suddenly stop, for lack of inspiration and concentration. I even spent the whole month of August not creating anything for lack of boredom. I hate that feeling. Fortunately, I’m not the only one to share this feeling of weariness. Rachel Hoffman, a well-known owner of a second-generation doll shop in Denver, Colorado, Virtual Doll Convention ,shared his exasperation. The addition of another 100% tariff from President Trump exceeds it. A price she was already paying quite a lot and could easily cover the salary of another full-time employee. And not to mention her difficult pregnancy… Imagine the stress!
But, in the rest of her post, I appreciated her determination and that she would not let herself be defeated. She asked each collector to share messages of solidarity in this difficult period. I’ve read several of them and I must admit that I’ve never felt so proud of my doll creations, which I’m proud to show you. For future publications, Georgianna M will be featured in the plant. I had to check the fluidity of his joints. This prototype has gone into production in China from where twenty dolls will be sold in 2026. More information will be published in the coming weeks. Bonjour à tous. Je suis de retour et prête à terminer cette année 2025 avec dignité. Quoique cette année fut difficile. Je la trouve un peu anxiogène. Le climat mondial n’est pas facile en ce moment et c’est dur pour une artiste comme moi. Je dois vous avouer que quelques fois, il m’arrivait à me décourager. L’envie de créer n’arrivait pas. Je me mettais à dessiner, puis après quelques minutes, j’arrêtais subitement, faute d’inspiration et de concentration. J’ai même passé tout le mois d’août à ne rien créer faute d’ennui. Je déteste ce sentiment. Heureusement, je ne suis pas la seule à partager ce sentiment de lassitude. Rachel Hoffman, une réputée propriétaire d’une boutique de poupées de deuxième génération à Denver au Colorado, Virtual Doll Convention, partageait son exaspération. L’addition d’un autre tarif de 100% du président Trump la dépasse. Un prix qu’elle payait déjà asse fort et quipourrait facilement couvrir le salaire d’un autre employé à temps plein. Et sans compter de sa grossesse difficile…Imaginez le stress!
Mais, dans la suite de sa publication, j’ai apprécié sa détermination et qu’elle ne se laisserait pas abattre. Elle demandait à chaque collectionneur de partager des messages de solidarités dans cette période difficiles. J’en ai lu plusieurs et je dois vous avouez que je ne me suis jamais senti aussi fier de mes créations de poupées, dont je suis fière de vous montrer. Pour les prochaines publications, Georgianna M sera mise en avant plant. L’histoire de sa création, son histoire et ainsi que ses mensurations seront sous peu disponibles. Sur cette image, vous pouvez voir que j’ai réalisé un autre prototype de Georgianna M. Il le fallait. Je devais vérifier la fluidité de ses articulations. Before I started making all the Miss Georgia outfits, I wanted to have a little fun. I have a lot of fabric scraps. Many are of vivid colors and what better way to use them to make a few pieces by hand quickly. Each of the pieces of clothing was pinned, and then I had fun taking pictures here and there.
One thing is clear; I try to maintain a tidy environment in my home studio. However, my collection of fabrics for doll clothes is starting to exceed the capacity of my closet. It overflows. It is imperative that I find a suitable space to store several scraps of fabric. Pretty white cardboard boxes were bought and well identified.
When I buy fabrics, I make sure to provide only what I need for my projects so that I don’t accumulate them. However, this minimalist approach is difficult for a doll designer because fabric is essential.
Good morning, everybody! I present to you the model that inspired the Georgianna M. doll, a realization of 2021. Among my creations, this one is one of the faces of which I am particularly proud. It is characterized by exotic, mysterious, graceful and slightly childlike features.

Here is Georgianna completed. I am satisfied with the result, and I want to send it into production during the summer. For the moment, just a simple production of about twenty dolls will be produced. Just like Miss Georgia, I want to moderate its availability on the market. A market that is already very competitive and I would even add saturated. One way to stand out is to offer something unique with a certain added value and high quality.
Voici Georgianna complétée. Je suis satisfaite du résultat et je souhaite l’envoyer en production au cours de l’été. Pour le moment, rien qu’une simple production d’une vingtaine de poupée seront produite. Tout comme Miss Georgia, je tiens à modérer sa disponibilité sur le marché. Un marché qui est déjà très compétitif et j’ajouterais même saturer. Une de façon de se démarquer est d’offrir quelque chose d’unique avec une certaine valeur ajoutée et de grande qualité.

The assembly of Georgianna M, a 3D doll to see her come to life. This time, I used 3D resin in 3D flesh color. As you can see, her figure is almost like that of Miss Georgia. It was intentional. After all, they are half-sisters.
L’assemblage de Georgianna M, une poupée 3D pour la voir prendre vie. Cette fois-ci, j’ai utilisé de la résine 3D de couleur 3D chair. Comme vous le constatez sa silhouette est quasi similaire à celle Miss Georgia. C’était voulu. Après tout elles sont demi-sœurs.
I present to you my two dolls. You already know the first one, the other one will be unveiled soon. Their silhouettes are similar because they are half-sisters. I used the same technical drawing to model the second doll. Once completed, I sent the photos to a 3D artist who had already helped me with Miss Georgia. His work was ultra professional, and I am delighted with the result.
Je vous présente mes deux poupées. Vous connaissez déjà la première, l’autre sera dévoilée bientôt. Leurs silhouettes sont similaires car elles sont demi-sœurs. J’ai utilisé le même dessin technique pour modeler la seconde poupée. Une fois complétée, j’ai envoyé les photos à un artiste spécialisé en 3D qui m’avait déjà aidé pour Miss Georgia. Son travail était ultra professionnel et je suis ravie du résultat.
Surprise! Here is the design of a second doll, made in 2022 at the same time as Miss Georgia. Aside to focus on Miss Georgia, I resumed her remodeling last summer with her prototype as a reference. I wanted this doll to be more voluptuous, with curves and a feminine figure. More details will be released soon.
