Hello! I continue with the creation of several doll’s heads. Eight heads were made, but only six were selected. The polymer clay (Micheal’s) I used for black dolls and those with very light Caucasian skin are opaque.
Let’s have a little fun and enjoy color! I feel festive because the beautiful summer season is near. But seriously, I’m excited because I’m currently working on several art dolls and I’m going to apply several techniques that have been practicing for some time. Stay tuned guys!
That’s it! My heads are finished being painted. I plan to take some pictures of these little cameos that I will publish soon.
I continued my paint tests with my little heads. I was excited to see the result with each of the polymer clay colors and I’m delighted.  As an art doll artist, it is vital for me to try and test different techniques. Usually, when I paint my dolls, I use acrylic paint and watercolor. Just recently, I timidly started using dry pastels. I like it, but I need to practice a little more with this medium.
